Delete Your Account

The following data will be permanently removed

• Your account credentials and profile information
• Shop and branch information
• All products and inventory data
• Order history and transaction records
• Customer information
• Supplier and purchasing records
• Reports and analytics data
• All settings and preferences

Upon receiving your deletion request

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• All personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Anonymized transaction records may be retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years for tax purposes)
• Backup systems will be purged within 90 days

Send an email to request deletion. To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

1. Subject line Account Deletion Request
2. Your registered email address
3. Your shop name (if applicable)
4. Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your account deletion request within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
